Design documentation preparation and submission to the governmental supervision authorities for approval.
Technical Customer - SEVERIN DEVELOPMENT together with the General designer pass the project approval and authorization (architectural urban planning concept) in the main architectural planning urban management (or other local sanctioning authority) and in the state supervision authorities: Center for Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision, Fire Safety Supervising Agency, district architectural planning administration, Heating network, Water treatment plant, Energosbyt, Energonadzor, etc.

Protection of design options in the state expertise authorities
For checking design documentation for compliance with IPD, design permission, approved architectural planning permission, technical specifications and current SNiP construction norms and rules, Technical Customer - SEVERIN DEVELOPMENT submits the Project to the state expertise authorities for state expertise, protects design concepts and makes together with the General designer related modifications according to the comments received.
