Engineers of the SEVERIN DEVELOPMENT Company carry out building technical supervision, perform regular inspection of construction and erection works’ amount and quality, as the system of supervision and auditing measures:
- Working documentation checkup and issue into work execution;
- Consistency control of incoming/applying constructions, products, materials of the design documentation approved according to technical regulatory documents;
- Construction and erection processes and work production quality control;
- Localization of faults and subquality work during work execution, structural elements, and the whole object. Timely clearing control;
- Proper equipment installation control, testing control, equipment and systems balancing and commissioning control;
- Laboratory control of constructional materials, products and constructions quality. Control of phase, capacity and start time of analysis work, testing operations, monitoring investigations required, instrumental monitoring;
- Accuracy control of geodetic building (work) parameters and actuating underground surveying;
- Correspondence proving of the scope and quality of construction and erection work and completed and presented to the commissioning work to design documentation;
- Execution control of instructions of Technical and Architectural supervision, state building supervision authorities;
- Provisional Acceptance of important building parts together with construction and erection organizations and design organization including hidden follow-up works during the performance;
- Control of availability, accuracy and promptitude in execution of primary executive technical documentation, general and special work journals.
