Commissioning.

It completes the working cycle of the SEVERIN DEVELOPMENT Company connected with implementation of Technical Customer functions during investment project realization, completed project commissioning to the Investor or the operating organization appointed by it, building life support systems startup, organization of warranty and postwarranty equipment regular maintenance rules.

Under final conformity assessment of completed project according to construction documents and object commissioning, employees of the SEVERIN DEVELOPMENT Company are occupied with:

• Organization of working and state acceptance committee on the project completed;
• Transfer (together with the General contractor and contracting organizations) of required documents to the state acceptance committee on the project completed;
• Participation in quality checking of separate constructions and joints, construction and erection work types, equipment and machinery during acceptance by the working committee (acceptance committee);
• Conformance Receipt of the project completed.
• Building life support systems startup.
• Transfer of completed project to the operating organization appointed by the Investor;
• Registration of completed project in BTI (Bureau of Technical Inventory), Registration of completed project in the registration chamber.
