The "Sovremennik" cinema building with two halls for 600 and 70 seats. It is located at the address: 26А, Tevosjan str., Electrostal, Moscow area.
Free-standing two-storeyed column building. Architectural volume of the building is 11485,3 m3, including the basement - 640,0 m3.
The basic facade of the two-storeyed building with the basement looks towards the Tevosjan square.

5-hall «Boomerang» cinema in «Varshavsky» mall,
Moscow
The project provides organizing the 5-hall «Boomerang» cinema in the «Varshavsky» mall for 820 seats all in all. The cinema is positioned as a block on the 3rd and 4th floors of the complex, the long side being along the lateral facade. The multiplex is connected with the complex by a foyer which looks towards the shopping mall and twin room (* a room in which two rows of WINDOWS are located floor-by-floor one over another) of the "entertaining" block by the end wall.
Four cinema halls are organised in the premises for movie screening, the 5th one – the "small" cinema hall, is located separately, away from the main 4 ones in the "entertaining" block of the multiplex (in the areas which were designed for the Internet cafe by the general designer before) which include foyers of the 5th hall, a cinema-bar, a video outlet and an area of children's amusement machines. The composite element uniting all these premises is the twin room of complex shape towards which all the set forth above areas look.
Architectural and art decisions of the multiplex are dictated by the geometry of space, volume and spatial structure of the complex, its functional purpose and specificity of objects placed in it. So, for example, the multiplex foyer is notable for the following features: multifunctionality in terms of restricted space; necessity of creation of "special" holiday atmosphere accompanying the visitor at visiting the multiplex and forcing him to come back to this cinema again; business component of the interior, ability to induce the visitor to take advantage of all services rendered in the territory of the multiplex; communication of the multiplex interior with interiors of the shopping complex in which it is situated, inclusion of its space in the general volume and spatial composition of the complex, exposing the cinema interior against the general background. The main foyer of the cinema is a narrow extended volume "clamped" between the volumes of cinema halls.

The cinema general capacity - 820 seats, including hall No. 1 – 198 seats; hall No. 2 – 187 seats; hall No. 3 – 178 seats; hall No. 4 – 169 seats; hall No. 5 – 88 seats.
